The Confederate Legion
Quo Gladius de Veritas
Welcome to the Confederate Legion! We honor and advocate the history, heritage, culture and nationhood of the Ole South and of the Confederacy, in the modern context of our times. However, while we honor the past, we look forward to the future, striving diligently toward a liberated and restored Confederate States of America. Since the surrender and or dispersion of our Confederate Armies in 1865, the Confederate People have been without a defense, having been laid prostrate before an aggressive and hostile foreign invader.
Our nation, the Confederate States of America, remains unto this day under occupation, subjugation and cultural genocide, unable to reconstitute our national armies, for the sake of self-defense. The Confederate Legion therefore seeks to achieve these ends, by using lawful and peaceful methods. In effect reconstituting our Confederate Armies in every respect, short of being armed, which for public purposes is properly defined as a Christian Confederate Ceremonial Honor Guard.
In this regard, we are not a militia nor an armed force, but the Confederate States Army in form! While we have faced many starts and failures over the years, we shall not be denied! The Confederate Cause, by the grace and divine providence of Almighty God, in Christ Jesus, shall be vindicated. Log onboard the Men in Gray for further explanation!

"If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest for freedom, go home and leave us in peace. We seek not your council nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." --Samuel Adams
